When you request or book transportation, we may collect information such as your name, email address, mobile number, pickup and destination details, trip date and time, flight details, and preferences you choose to provide.

Payment processing

When you pay online, Authorize.Net hosts the payment form. Card numbers and security codes are sent directly to the payment provider and are not stored in our website files. We receive transaction and payment status information needed to confirm and service your reservation.

How we use information

We use information to respond to quote requests, arrange and provide transportation, communicate about reservations, coordinate airport pickups, process payments through our payment providers, and provide customer support.

Text messages and consent

If you voluntarily check the SMS consent box on an applicable reservation form, Elite Executive Transport may send non-marketing text messages about your reservation, including pickup details, changes or cancellations, and airport flight coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Custom quote request acknowledgements are sent by email; business alerts for those requests go only to the designated business phone.

We do not sell mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver our transportation, communications, payment, and website services, limited to those purposes.

Choices and data protection

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing transportation. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. We use reasonable measures to protect information and retain it only as needed for business, legal, and service purposes.
