Service and reservations

Online reservations with published pricing are confirmed after Authorize.Net verifies the selected payment. Custom quote requests are not reservations; Elite Executive Transport will review availability and send pricing before payment. Trip details, cancellation terms, and applicable service conditions are provided during booking or in the reservation confirmation.

Payments and reservations

For trips with published online pricing, customers may choose to pay the full reservation amount at booking or pay a 50% deposit at booking. When a deposit is selected, the remaining 50% is due at pickup before service begins. Payments are processed by Authorize.Net for Elite Executive Transport LLC. A reservation is confirmed only after the payment is approved and verified. Custom quote trips require a separate quote and are not charged through this checkout. Any cancellation, refund, or trip-change terms shown with a specific reservation or confirmed quote apply to that trip.

Transactional text messages

If you voluntarily check the SMS consent box on an applicable reservation form, you agree that Elite Executive Transport LLC may send non-marketing text messages about your reservation, including pickup information, reservation changes or cancellations, and airport flight coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Custom quote request acknowledgements are sent by email; business alerts for those requests go only to the designated business phone.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or contact info@MyExecLimo.com or 303-VIP-0010. After opting out, you will no longer receive transactional texts unless you opt in again. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our handling of contact information and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
